Rachel Meyer
President

Rachel has more than fifteen years experience in both the private and public sector focusing on recruiting and training.

Prior to starting her own consulting practice, Rachel worked for five years in the not-for-profit sector, traveling the United States and abroad.  She then worked for Target Corporation as a Senior Recruiter and Special Projects Manager partnering with different sites in the US, assisting HR Managers with recruiting issues and delivering customized training programs to senior level executives.  Additionally, Rachel had a five-year relationship with the largest independent HR consulting firm in the state of Indiana as a senior staff member and manager of executive search.

Rachel received a B.A. from Purdue University School of Consumer Sciences.  She continues to be actively involved at the University as a guest lecturer focusing on leadership and career development with senior level classes.
